About Peripheral Apparel
Peripheral Apparel began in 2022, but its story started a year earlier in Sturgis.
In 2021, I was riding through downtown on an all-black motorcycle, wearing all-black gear. The sun had set about an hour before. A motorcycle accident that evening changed my life and the way I thought about being seen on the road.
After recovering and restoring my bike, I searched for high-visibility riding gear. What I found didn’t reflect my style or individuality. I wanted something bold and fashion-forward, made with the spirit of riders in mind.
That search became Peripheral Apparel: a brand bringing reflective details and high-visibility purpose together with bold style. For me, it’s personal. It started with a desire to stand out without giving up who I am, and to create clothing for riders who want to be seen.
