OUR STORY--
Peripheral Apparel was born in 2022 after a life-changing motorcycle accident in Sturgis in 2021. It happened right in the heart of downtown, and at the time, I was riding an all-black bike, dressed in all-black gear, with the sun having just set an hour earlier. The visibility was minimal, and while the driver who hit me may have been distracted, my presence was hardly noticeable.
After recovering from my injuries and restoring my bike, I knew one thing for sure—I needed to invest in riding gear that was not only safer but also more visible. However, when I searched for high-visibility options, I was disappointed. Most gear seemed designed for construction workers or airport runway crews, leaving style and individuality behind.
That’s when it hit me: why not create something that was edgy, fashion-forward, and made riders stand out, without sacrificing style for safety? Something trendy, visible, and designed with the spirit of riders in mind.
And so, Peripheral Apparel was born—where visibility meets bold style. A clothing line built for bikers who refuse to blend in, but want to be seen on the road.
